Mind-body massage regeneration
The art of massage was my first step to becoming a wellness operator. I love how it can change based on different needs of people. It can be more focused on muscles, on improving blood circulation, remodeling, draining, but above all is a potent way to relax mind and body, to relieve stress, physical and emotional tensions. Sometimes I use manual movements with guided visualization in order to give the person a more deep relaxation. With the touch of hands and the sound of my voice I want to bring my client to an elevated status of wellness.
I've called this method Mind-Body Regeneration.
